CHUBBY HUBBIES
1 18-oz jar peanut butter
1 C. unsalted butter
1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 bag Kraft caramels
1 C. whipping cream
1 lb. bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 bag pretzels, crushed
Combine peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar until well blended. Roll into 1" balls, place on waxed paper and chill overnight. Melt caramels with whipping creme over low heat. Drip peanut butter balls into caramel. Place on well-greased tin foil lined pan. Refrigerate for several hours until caramel is firm. Dip in melted chocolate and roll in crushed pretzels. (may need more chocolate). Place on waxed paper or tin-foil lined pan and refrigerate. (Makes 6 dozen).
