SHEILA'S MACAROONS
2 2/3 C. coconut
2/3 C. sugar
1/4 C. Flour
1 egg white
1 C. sliced almonds
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
semi-sweet chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Preheat oven to 325 deg. Form balls from mixture and place 2 inches apart on parchment paper lined cookie sheets. Bake 20-25 mins. until golden brown. Allow to cool. Melt chocolate in microwave. Drip the edge of each cookie and allow to cool. Freezes well.
